This course will introduce mindfulness (and other techniques; including HeartMath) that attendees can use and integrate into their daily life to support wellbeing and personal resilience.

This course will take place at the Bob Champion Research and Education Building (NNUH), Research Park, Rosalind Franklin Rd, Norwich NR4 7UQ.
It is being delivered by Nicola Bretherton. With a background in sport, exercise and wellbeing, Nicola has over 15 years teaching and training experience; including teaching in further and higher education, 8 years in the NHS working in Safeguarding, and a PGCE in post-compulsory education. Along with being a qualified coach and mentor, Nicola is a Mindfulness Teacher, HeartMath® Certified Coach, Hypnotherapist and Psy-TaP Practitioner, and is passionate about personal resilience. Nicola works with individuals, businesses and high performing sportspeople.
